How to Find Us

Enter through the main entrance of CrossFit St. Louis facing Hanley Industrial Ct. There will be signage on the main entrance door. Once inside the lobby, Red Light Relax is the first door on the left—the first and only door in the main lobby.

Parking

CrossFit St. Louis has a large membership, so parking can be tight during prime class hours (5:30–7:30am and 3:30–6:00pm).

If the main lot is full, use:

• Additional parking along the side of the building, or

• Overflow parking across the street at the dog park (about 60 meters).

Tip: If you’re booking during peak times, plan a few extra minutes for parking.

• Fri: 6:00am–6:00pm

• Sat: 4 hours (update exact window when finalized)

• Sun: Closed (remove if not true)

Please arrive 5 minutes early for your first visit so we can get you set up and keep sessions running on time.
